im new here to i have a 6mth old pit bull mixed with rotweilder her name is lady and she is the sweetest dog

Hi there,
My name is Brandi and I am a proud owner of a 11 week old full blooded Saint Bernard. He has been a complete joy to our family. I am having one major problem with my new family member. When ever my kids get active (which is always and I have 3) Scout(my pup) will growl and bite my kids. I know that he thinks that this is acceptable behavior and just wants to play too, but he is destroying clothes and breaking skin. I have tried several things to stop this behavior and none of it seems to be working. I would also like to be able to show my dog in the future but I need a personal trainer who isnt going to cost more than the birth of my 3 kids all together to come to my house to teach me and my kids. I work at home and have special needs children so running to petco or petsmart for training really isnt gonna work for me. I love my pup he was a birthday gift for me and I want everyone to be happy. The last thing i want is a 200 pound dog dominating my kids. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have 2 american staff's one 5yr old male whitch was brought up inside and a 9mth female whitch i got to have outside as guard dog as I have been broken into 3 times,problem is male is too friendly with everyone and female is takeing after male, wont even bark at anyone.Can any one let me now how to make the female ( 9mth) bark at strangers ?
